KEI Medical Imaging Services is committed to servicing our customers during the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Unless circumstances out of our control place operating limitations, KEI will continue to service our customers in the same timely manner and with the same competitive pricing received prior to the pandemic.  KEI has taken proactive measures:

  • Established protocols within our team that follow all safety procedures set in place for the State of Texas and in conjunction with the CDC's guidance. 

  • Daily sanitization and limited public access has been implemented to assist in the health and wellness of our team.

  • Maintain communication with shipping partners to immediately know of schedule changes impacting timely deliveries.

  • Ability to communicate with customers 24/7 by phone, text or email.

  • Team members are classified as "essential" in the event Texas mandates a "shelter in."

  • Management remains vigilant and is monitoring the situation to respond rapidly as conditions evolve.

  • If a disruption in service should arise as a result of Federal or State mandate, KEI will notify customers immediately.
