MRI and CT technology is a special discipline within medical diagnostic imaging that requires uniquely trained minds and respect of the equipment. This exemplifies the depth and dedication the people at KEI have toward this profession. KEI was founded on that basis when Gordon Schoppe, a 25-year field service engineer, started the company. And now, with a network of service engineers throughout the USA, we are within reach in just about every time zone to help you deliver MRI and CT imaging services to your patients with no unexpected down time or costly disruptions to your workflow and routine.
As a field service engineer, Schoppe earned OEM certifications from Philips Medical Systems Training Facility in the Netherlands. He spent years in the field before taking on the role of service manager and eventually starting KEI. Time in the field established relationships and disciplines that KEI continues today. Our team understands the purpose of working together to address your needs. MRI and CT Systems are not only assets to a medical facility, they are vital tools for a patient’s health. It’s this knowing that drives our team’s focus and willingness to on work evenings, make an airport run to ship a part at night, or trouble-shoot a system error on a weekend. Each KEI team member understands that collectively and we always work together for you and your patients.
